The State of Florida Department of Emergency Management (DEM)

The State of Florida Department of Emergency Management (DEM) is seeking the assistance of Florida medical manufacturers and suppliers to fill the massive needs of Florida's hospitals and emergency care services during the COVID-19 crisis.

Below is a list of the products that DEM is seeking to source:

• 5,000 hospital beds
• 50,000 two oz. bottles of hand sanitizer
• 250,000 coveralls
• 500,000 gloves
• 500,000 gowns
• 500,000 collection kits
• 100,000 16 oz. bottles of hand sanitizers
• 150,000 Personal Protective Equipment kits, including coveralls, gowns, and goggles
• 2 million N95 face masks

If you are not already registered in the states procurement system known as MyFloridaMarketPlace (MFMP), please follow the instructions below:

All vendors interested in doing business with the State of Florida must register through MyFloridaMarketPlace (MFMP) and have a current W-9 on file.

Step 1 - Vendors can register at the link below or call MFMP directly at 1-866-352-3776 for assisted registration.  Registration only takes a few moments. REGISTER HERE.

Step 2 - Florida agencies will not be permitted to make payments to any vendor that does not have a verified Substitute W-9 on file with the Department of Financial Services. Vendors are required to submit a Form W-9 on the State's Vendor Website.
